Yes, why are you so worried about it?

I read your other posts and it seems a dump truck operation won’t look at L1 issues and warnings as a driver for an interstate authority. To be exact, I don’t even think the company or their insurance company looks at anything other than your mvr because they are local only.

    Jaythetrucker90 Thanks this.

My guess is the issue isnt a choice between the company hiring him or not. The issue is if the insurance company will cover him or not. Sister Teresa couldnt get hired if the insurance company says no.

Yeah, but most of the local truck work isn't dictated by the insurance companies like it is with an authority for interstate work. My local drivers are under one company that has a completely different insurance policy than the ones that operate under authority. My little flatbed drivers get only the MVR pulled don't even think they even hit the FMCSA radar.

Well, I was referring to her (she was only a sister when I knew her):

I’m not nearly as old as you then. I only knew her since 1955.

Well, Mother Teresa was sister Teresa first. Dont know a Mother Theresa though. If you are going to "correct" someone, you should be correct yourself first ;)
