You can believe what you want. When CSA was set up, it was the intention of the FMCSA to score both companies and individual drivers. The idea then was to intervene on either when point reached a certain level. You may not be able to see it but if you think that the feds can't you are naive. If you get your PSP and add up the points the way the feds do (1-12 mo=3X, 13-24 mo=2X, 25-36mo=1X) you can total your score. You know that when companies look up your PSP as part of the hiring process they have software that computes your score. You can look at or download an explanation of CSA system.
