I hired CSA Transportation thinking they were an actual trucking company. I found out the hard way they are not. Their website is very misleading. Our machine was dropped during shipment and cracked the frame and other parts very badly. This was in 6/13 and I have been contacting (Oliver at) CSA Transportation and they have been giving me the run around. Now it is 8/22 and they still have not refunded for the damages or have any information on the refund claim. DO NOT USE CSA TRANSPORTATION as they will rip you off.

A 2 truck, 2 driver company from Canada. You pick them because they like to haul cheap?

And they're from Surrey. Need I say more. A lot of fly by night scab operations are from there.

I would have had my lawyer in their office within days of being ignored. 2 months? You are a very patient man.

I'm a little confused. What does a 2 truck company from Canada that has a safety rating below national average have to do with anything? If that was an original D.O.T # I would guess they have been operating for at least ten years without digging any further.
I guess all us guys that fly our own flag are somehow a cut below you fellas that lease or drive for a big company or what?
News flash- A vast higher percentage of us show up dressed like a professional, with the proper equipment and knowledge for the job. And mechanical ability to get it done no matter what, because there is no one else.
