Good gawd! That IS what the regs say, I'm VERY aware of it... no inspection was done, and I got the freaken points...
Again, tell that to the Illinois DOT. -
So you calling me and Diesel Bear liars?

DB is there anything to stop you from writing a warning and then sending it to the feds as an inspection?
-
Did you actually check your PSP and see it on there? Or did the company just say it was on there?
Second question, if it is on your PSP. Are you sure the bear did not give you an inspection report?
It is a single piece of paper with inspection type and details on it.
All they have to do is a driver only for it to count.
If you did not get that I would fight it in Data Q's. Staying that you did not receive an inspection.
They have to give you a copy if they inspect. Because you have to give a copy to your company.Working Class Patriot Thanks this. -
Yes it was on an official inspection form that I had to sign, and send to the company. Is there a website to check for PSP points?
