If its just a warning, it wont go on csa or your mvr, unless you got a driver inspection, then it still wont go on your mvr but may go on your csa if they listed it on your inspection report?
-
No points, no violation. A warning is a written "don't do that!" Seems like you got a cool trooper.
-
Not necessarily... it won't count against your license.
Not necessary... CSA counts warnings just like tickets IF...
Yup that's it. If there was a DOT inspection, you'll get CSA points for that warning. -
Question: inspection report. If a driver had not sign the report is it still valid?
-
Question: I got a level III inspection but I did not sign the inspection form is it still valid?
-
Best of my recollection only an inspection with violations issued need be signed.

You’re off the hook maybe.

Not really. Phone was mounted to the Windshield and he said he saw me tap my phone a couple times. It was only up there for navigation. But it did get noted in the report. CHPD written warning. No way to fight it.

Ok, I give up. Why can’t you fight it? Because it’s a warning and you can’t fight a warning? Ah, but you can.
