These topics sometime make me want to yank my hair out. Biggest reason is all that horsepucky these safety critters generate. As far as your driving record is concerned you are ok. Nothing to fight. However if you received an inspection report with violations on it that is different. Now here is where the rubber meets the road. Im thinking you got 2 pieces of paper. One was the written warning and the other was a clean inspection.

 

If that’s the case you are correct that there is nothing to fight or concern oneself with. Ever notice though how vague some are when wanting answers. Rarely do they give up all the info.
