    CSQT

    They will #### their drivers.
This is no joke. I worked for those losers. Last 3 paychecks were less than $200 a week. They send you from east to west, from North to south. In a bad truck and trailer. Rach load is 78000 to 80000 lbs. They shut your truck down if you idle more than 3 minutes. If your apu system don't work, your ####ed. I was on I-80 in the mountains at 30 degrees freezing. They put my life in danger more than 30 times. Last time I told them by the time I make it to the yard, so is the D.O.T. so they fired me illegally. CSQT was audited by the D.O.T. after I was fired. They were called out after I was fired, not before. Now CSQT is being sued for $20,000,000. This is only a beginning for them.

Fired me illegally that's why I sued their ### for $20,000,000. My lawyers were having a fieldball with them in court.

They are facing criminal charges for life endangerment, and theft of property, and embezzlement.

If that's all you made, you dont know how to manage your clock. My last check was $1480, I average over $1360/week. Every week as a company driver.

No court is going to award any driver $20 million, no matter what your slip and fall lawyer told you. You cannot demonstrate 20mil in damages.

You are lying about the imaginary criminal charges too. List the Docket numbers for your wild claims so we can read them. Otherwise you are just telling more trucker stories.

    So we are all clear...

CSQT is NOT a perfect trucking company. FAR from it. They have a serious problem with:

    a. Communication
    b. Following through on promises (appears that they try to do what they say, but when it doesn't happen, you never hear from them about the subject again).

Will I retire here? ABSOLUTELY NOT. Their benefits suck, and while I drive a 2018 FL Cascadia, they still have too many old Cascadias around. The promise was (as you will see on their website) that they will be getting in 50 brand new 2019's in September and October of 2018. I was by the yard last week, and still didn't see any new trucks.

Beyond that, I was rehired for a particular dedicated account (as a Project Manager), and other than a few weeks on that account (pulling floor loads, rather than loads with the pre-prepared trailers that were to be dedicated to this account), they started bouncing me around the midwest, keeping me out two weeks at a time. I am not an OTR driver anymore. I'm supposed to be home weekends. I of course am forcing the issue and escalating it. I'll let you know if I stay or go.

In the meantime, I make a BUTTLOAD of money here in a nice truck.
