Cummins isc gremlins

Ok, just put new batteries in and cleaned all terminals, I'll check grounds next and watch the alternator. I sure don't want to buy an ecm if not needed. Kinda thought the mechanic with the scanner could solve it but he says probably ecm. I'll keep digging. Thank you.
