I've got a 05 International 7600 with the ISM engine. Engine fan kicks on and off with the switch on the dash (auto/manual) up until 205 degrees. Once the gauge reaches that the fan will not engage in auto or manual.

I changed the fan solenoid on the fire wall and still same issue.

Thats weird, if you have the fan on manual before it reaches 205, does the fan shut off when 205 is reached? Although I’ve never seen an ISM reach 205 when a fan is stuck on.

Yes, if I leave the fan on manual it will shut off at 205 and allow the temp to reach 230 before the truck shuts off.
