    Even with the help of a cummins dealer this problem is not fixed. After listening to what they had to say on jumping the plug on 1 and 45 pins. Nothing has changed and now we pissed off the low coolant sensor again doing this.

    check for voltage at the turbo intake temp sensor. see what you have.

    Turbo sensor 5.12V - ground is fine.
    Same on the low coolant sensor which just decided to come back on again.

    I'm starting to think there is something wrong with the flash cummins gave the shop where the flash was done. They just keep saying cummins gave them the flash straight off the engine serial.

    Need a little more info, year make and model would be helpful. That fault should include a MID (module Identifier) and and FMI (Failure Mode Indicator). SID 089 is an SAE standard for steering angle sensor, usually part of the stability control in your ABS system.
