Geez, that seems like a bunch unless the truck in only running 300 miles a day.
Unless it's really hot or cold, the APU doesn't need to run constantly.

hello I have a cummins isx 2009 model engine serial number79287765, ok ive cleaned the dpf the pulled it all a part had the catalyst and filter cleaned again replaced map sensor cleaned egr dif press sensor replaced dpf press sensor replaced dpf egt sensors truck uses no oil no coolant but I still keep getting the 5018 with 11 fault codes and the truck derates o yea also cleaned the 7th injector anybody have any ideas thanks pj

egr diff press sensor cannot be cleaned,...you can only replace them.
what are the 11 fault codes?
what is the after-treatment history look like?
have ypu pulled and cleaned out the egr piping and intake manifold?
Did you REPLACE the after-treatment injector and do a forced regen?,...what were the numbers?,...what were the temps during the regen?
got excess soot problems?,...oil filters clogging up too soon?

you need to stop guessing at your problems and start trying to understand what might actually be wrong. A shop is not going to do this for you. From your limited input, it sounds like you, or some shop, has been throwing money and parts at your problem blindly. This method of trying to solve your problems NEVER works. Start by learning and understanding how these systems work. Get the proper tools to troubleshoot with. They are 10x cheaper than a single shop visit over such problems. No one on these forums has ESP, so no one can help you solve it unless you have the right tools, Cummins Insite, and have done things in the correct order.

from the top I pulled the dpf cause I was getting a fault 5298,had it cleaned put it back together. then started getting the 5018 fault code fmi 11 root cause unknown so I pulled it all a part again had the catalyst cleaned and the dpf had a forced regen ran after each pull.fault code went away for a while the I got a doser fault code cleaned the injector had a forced regen dune again. couple months go by started getting fault code 5018 witch is not doing a complete burn do to uneven heat across the dpf so I took it to a shop had them do a forced regen and watched temp sensors face 575 middle 1040 tail 1000 roud about temps during all this ive been replaceing sensors due to haven 622000 miles on truck figured its time to replace egr press sensor and dpf press sensor at same time I have also replaced my map sensor sorry about the horriable typing and spelling im more hands on
