Cummins isx fault codes defined

The gauges are all multiplexed from the CECU. It is not wired conventionally. Finding the location of the pickup and visually inspecting the wiring will be your best bet without proper tooling and schematics.

Location should be by the starter motor. Later models sometimes had it in the battery box. Looks like the attached pic. More then likely the wiring right at it rubbed out.

 

“Engine Speed / Position Camshaft andCrankshaft Misalignment - Mechanical System Not Responding Properly or Out of Adjustment” I got this fault after I rebuild the engine 2012 Freightliner Cummins engine & the mechanic can’t figure out what’s the problem any advice help pls

 

Well I would guess that the fault was not present before repairs.

ISX 15? Pin the crank and fit the wedges to the Cam. It's either in time or it's not. Did they follow the procedure when installing the geartrain?

Hey brother im having the same problem younhaving the amp gage not working . N it wont start and the only code it’s throwing its low current sensor but it wont tell me what sensor . Did you end up fixing yours . Let me know please! And thank you in advance
