Have a 2007 Cummins ISX having some air issues. Seems like the compressor keeps pumping but won’t get over 120. I replaced the air dryer (ad-is) and still won’t go over 120 and kick the governor on to purge. Thoughts?

Replace the governor.
Why did you think it was the Air Dryer? -
Why do you want it to go over 120? You don’t need to replace the governor. Just adjust it. But 120 is all you need

It’s a brand new dryer and governor. It’s the ad-is dryer. Govornor comes new with it installed on the dryer.

They usually go 120-125 then purge. This isn’t purging. Then after a while of driving it won’t go over 90 psi. The ad-is air dryer come with the govornor attached to it and is non adjustable for those unfamiliar.

Air test the unloader line between the compressor and the governor. Also check the discharge line especially the cloth braid hose for leaks. They will leak right after the steel pipe off the compressor.
The ADIS governor is preset to 130 and is not adjustable. -
It sounds like you have a massive leak. Is the fan hub leaking? It would be hard to hear with the engine running.
