Truck is a 2013 KW T660 with a 2012 CM2250 motor. Have replaced fuel pump assembly, injectors, changed or tested all fuel pressure sensors and relief valves, fuel filters, separator filters, put biocide in fuel tanks, ran injector cleaner in fuel tanks, had ECM substitute put on for test, lift pump tested, actuator was replaced. Cummins Tech support contacted by shop, yet still no solution. Shop is a Cummins certified facility that is larger than most Dealer's shops. Truck will run good for up to 300 miles then de-rate

What fault are you battling? 559? Keeps coming back under load only?

Has the fuel supply been checked for air intrusion? What about the relief valve on the rail, any leakage?

This is something that likely wont get resolved over the internet. A lot more data and troubleshooting information would be needed to come to any kind of educated decision.

Had 559 when fuel pump went out (upgraded one), now has injector codes 1139,1142,1144,1145, sometimes 1911, all injectors were replaced also. Actuator replaced, lift pump checked, gear driven pump replaced along with XPI pump (complete unit-cam housing, tappets plungers, etc). Rail pressure sender replaced, relief valve tested, will run great then throw de-rate, everyone is either scratching their heads or their peanuts trying to figure it out, and these are either dealers or high end certified Cummins shops

Pump that failed was the one replaced under the campaign over the ceramic plungers, it now has the upgraded version of the upgraded version used to replace the ceramic one, if that helps

I was hoping someone has had this problem and found an obscure unrelated cause that was the culprit. Over $15,000 has been spent on trying to fix it over the past 2 months (March & April) . Truck has only been driven 7000 miles since the fuel pump failure and only 5500 since injectors were done. Entire bottom end was done when fuel pump failed with 559 code under Cummins recommended repair guidelines by KW

Look into Cummins TSB 140159. The bulletin has the faults you mention and has to do with a banjo washer rubber at the fuel pump return. Something that could have easily been overlooked or caused during previous repairs.

    Still digging........

These are my codes for today
    1139- injector 1
    1145-injector 6
    1142- injector 3
    3714- engine de-rate
Sometimes I'll get 1142 in place of 1139, or 1141, 1144 is usually a daily code but not today. I'm deactivating codes using the KR Scanguage and key on-off 6 times in succession repeatedly after reading codes by key on- 3 times pressing throttle then holding down 4th time untill code sequence begins. By doing this, the engine will regain power for anywhere between 50-300 miles. All fuel filters were changed last week so they will be changed again in a few days.
