Yeah since we discussed it earlier in this thread I've given it more thought about the APU and would definitely add that.

Oh yes I would get the Insite that I've been reading so much about.

total engine hours - idled hours= driven hours
driven hours x 65mph = max odometer reading of that truck . So odometer reading must be around 150k or less . otherwise ECM(engine) was changed or reprogramed or something was done...

I think MHC Kenworth is great. They've taken care of mine a couple times, promptly, and correctly.

    But the ain't cheap.

    Don't know anything about Inland.

Good thing about Cummins, EVERYONE wrenches on it. Take it to Volvo if you want.

The Insite software would keep you from getting taken for a ride at a rip off service center.

And there's stuff you can do yourself too then.

Yeah that's a good thing, everyone works on them!! It seems insite is easier to have or obtain than the Detroit program....

After reviewing the report I am sure crate engine was installed when truck had ~ 250k miles (390-133=257) . The sad part is that new installed engine has 74% idling time. I compared engine hours*, idled hours*, engine fuel used*, idle fuel used* values. They match.
Never seen such a big idling time number.

if engine is original then ecm is changed or flashed and it's done unprofessional. When the dealer changes ecm or flashes it they damp the data(which contains settings and accumulated values) from ecm and save it on Cummins server. After flashing an ecm they put data back to ecm. Looks like its not been done if engine is original . You said the truck has 390k miles if so your posted report shows hours, idling, burned fuel for last driven 133k miles..
