Cummins N14 boosting the power/filter vac #'s

    is the davco still mounted up high? 3" is fine. i pull about that with a 2 micron filter in my racor 1000.

    and i would definitely put the big spin on filter on.

    Yup, still mounted high. Been too cold lately to get it moved.

    The black gunk is really fine and powder like when dry. Only thing I can think of is degraded fuel lines due to bio fuel and the age of the truck?

    Not yet. We got it figured out though. The sumps for the tanks are packed solid with who knows what, along with every fuel line that was on the truck.
