And here I thought a farm boy with exceptionally good fabricating talents had built this for $60! It still looks good and if I wasn’t retiring soon I would throw my Pittsburgh Power oil trap away and buy one of these, just because I like the look of it. You did a very good job finding and installing that.

Ha! my fabrication skills are decent but now days it typically isn't worth the time when you can order something. Fabrication isn't my favorite thing to do anyways. Prefer to spend time doing other things.

You mind sharing with the class where you got it from? It looks really nice and you did a good job on the install. Buddy of mine has a aluminum one that keeps breaking the brackets on a race car. That may work for him.Tug Toy and Kruse Family Farms Thank this.

See screenshot below. I ordered a 10an hose kit as well but I am using 90% of that for fuel lines not much of it for this. You could also run your own hoses. I just wanted it to look fancy.

How does it attach to the elbow in the valve cover, can you share a pic?Opendeckin Thanks this.

I just slid the 10an hose over the end of the elbow and put a hose clamp on it. If I remember I can get a photo tomorrow. I don't have the original Cummins elbow. I broke mine and if I remember correctly I replaced it with a black plastic pex elbow a few years ago. I was changing an injector and broke that elbow and obviously isn't an on the shelf item within 200 miles from me. The pex one has worked fine and looks factory.Opendeckin, Tug Toy and IH9300SBA Thank this.
