Cummins to use SCR System

    they changed their mind and will use SCR for ISX 12 and 15liter no 16liter variant,or maybe they changed back:biggrin_25519:

    This is true, no 16 liter and they are using urea on the 15 liter ISX. With the urea system being used the radiators will stay the same size as 07 compliant vehicles.

    have got a preview of the 2010 ISX15
    they leaved the cylinder head intact just removed the injectors camshaft i supose and redesigned the front gear train
    the isx12 will be a clean sheet design

    Cummins WILL use urea based SCR on heavy duties in '010.

    The only company I have heard that WON'T use SCR will be Navistar on their MAXXFORCE engines.
