Trucking Jobs in 30 seconds
Every month 400 people find a job with the help of TruckersReport.

Maybe. Maybe even probably. Talk to a recruiter. No job history for the past three years is a deal breaker for a lot of companies.
-
You have to account for what you where doing for those 3 years with references that are notarized. Per fed guidelines you can have no gaps more then 30 days without explaining what you where doing for 3 years without a job.
It does not matter if you paid taxes or not. If anyone reported income paid to you for work performed then you where employed and need to list it on application. -
Man this is all so crazy. I'm scared I'm gonna go into this and just lose a bunch of money that I don't have. I received unemployment up til about a year ago and since then I've just been doing little odd jobs here and there just enough to survive. None of that is verifiable though. I can show proof of past jobs and unemployment but what about the last year? Am I wasting my time even looking into this? Please someone help me.
-
Nobody would have reported it so therefor it isn't verifiable. I wish those dang recruiters could just give me a straight answer. If I put money into this and it doesn't work out then I'm screwed.
-
IF I am remembering correctly (this was two years ago for me) there was someone in my Orientation that wasn't working and he was told to get notarized letters from a few people stating that he were not working for that time period.
-
So you worked under the table and want government taxes to pay for school and you're worried about getting screwed .
We taxpayers get screwed every day with people like you getting government funding through WIA for school.
It won't work out . You'll be one of the 90% that doesn't make it . The odds against you are doubled when you try to get a husband and wife to make it . -
Oh like you've never made any money under the table? I'm sure 99% of Americans have probably made some untaxed money. I didn't come on here for a lecture.
-
Also I do believe you have to make I want to say $5,000.00 before it is taxable. I did not make anywhere near that. So you might want to know the facts before you try and jump on somebody about some taxes, buddy.
-
I believe they still require notarized letters from three people stating that you were at of work and were looking for work. I know this is all because my co-driver just told me this is what he did. He was unemployed for a few years, but did under-the-table jobs.
Needless to say he was hired, and we're now sitting in Kentucky waiting for our load to be ready.
As far as the hateful comments above.... Just no need for it.
