I appologize for starting this thread then sorta abandoning it. Been moving quite a bit. In SpringMo today to sign a new lease Monday. I too am being hit up to train. I know there is good money in it but man I sure like my solitude. Thinking about scan my revenue reports to disc and see if I can manage to post them here. I have had a horrible last three weeks due to turbo/erg valve. Could not get my FM to bring me in for repair. He is now history. Actually have the FM, (CraigB) I had on my training trk.

What do you consider good money? What are you netting a week?

I'm sorry not posting my numbers as I was going to wait until the end of the year. As a owner operator (not lease) Ive been very busy running all 48 states. I won't post numbers yet, but as of June the 5th, I have driven 75000 miles. Is I get used to typing long winded post I'll start sharing more of my weekly adventures

To pick your lease truck. You go to the leasing office and what they have available that day is what you get to pick from. I beleive you can also order what you want. I do not know how long it takes to come in.

You can only order a truck after your first lease. They take about 4 months from the time the order is placed with the factory to when they are ready to be put in service. So if you're on your first lease and want to get a truck with the color you want or certain options, make sure to talk to leasing about 4 months before your first lease is up.

I am starting on the 23rd of the month, I will be going to Utah for Oreintation. I have spent a lot of time studying different companies. Has anyone heard anything positive and negative about the orientation in Salt Lake City?
