What terminal are you training out of? I was originally scheduled for Conley since I'm Dryvan but at last minute got sent to Marshfield.

I am on my own now. I breezed through Phase 2 and was blessed to have two awesome trainers. I am pretty much done with Phase 3 and will be on a regular load board next week. I have been averaging 3000 miles a week. The mileage are here if you dont complain and work hard. Roehl is big on communication. My FM leaves me alone which I like. I only call him if I have an issue. I've made some honest mistakes. I took the toll road one day because I thought it was authorized turna out they didnt like that so much. We can change the routing to be more efficient unless it's a toll road. My trainer was O/O so we used it all the time. Said next time just need to call for approval. Other than that everything is going great. Was lucky enough to get a brand new 2019 Freightliner Caacadia

3000K miles a week sounds good ! How is accessory pay with Roehl ? How is their detention pay ? Are you running all 48 ? or is there a certain area that you run more ?

howdy, I ran reefer for them. I was out 3-5 weeks at a time. I was primarily dispatched between Minneapolis-Boston-D.C. especially in the winter. A lot of intra-Wisconsin runs. 10-15% of my time was spent around Missouri or Texas. I did their Pheonix AZ load four times and LA load once. Most of the time it feels like Chicago regional minus home time.

what's the deal with fridges ? I just got off the phone with a dispatcher and she said they are fire hazards and that it's suggested the drivers do not get them...I asked if it was merely a suggestion or a rule and she didn't know...Can we put our own fridges in the trucks ?
