Current Werner Driver Shares Knowledge

OTR is the worst at Werner.You do a lot of sitting.You'll get a long load but never plan on keeping it because Werner swaps loads with other drivers.Usually you meet them at a truckstop and one you will be waiting for hrs for the other one to show up and by the time the driver shows up you'll be out of hrs to run.The longer you work for Werner the worst it gets.Werners goal and they succeed at it is to keep the drivers at poverty level.They are at the top for one of the lowest paid company there is.I know I drove for them for 3 yrs.Don't go there in hopes to make money because its not going to happen.You go there to get the exp and move on.Werner is a starter company and nothing more.They would rather hire newbies then veteran drivers.Dedicated fleet with any company I would say is better because at least your checks and miles will be consistant.

 

TMC doesn't pay deadhead if you're on the percentage pay plan. Pretty obvious why.

 

Can you tell the ppl what werners policy is on how they reimburse the students for their schooling?

 

I don't think he will answer you since you can't be recruited anymore. Now if you had said instead of letting everyone know about the Weiner Ethiopian diet plan, that you were fresh out of school PattyJ and wanted to know more about driving for Weiner, he would be your best friend.
