I worked for TMC back in the 90's and they were a pretty decent company back then. They are very picky about drivers keeping their trucks clean and serviced, their equipment is second to none.
You'll get home time about every 2 weeks and they'll go above beyond to get you home in any emergency. They also have other family friendly activities for the non driving members of your family to participate in.
Over all, they're a good outfit to work for. Just keep your truck clean, turn your paperwork in on time and follow their simple rules, as you would with any trucking company and you'll get along just fine.
