We thought about moving to Austin and kinda flipped a coin between Austin and Las Vegas area.
Yeah, Texas is a great state, in my opinion. -
That’s why my wife doesn’t want to leave. I’m about 30 mins north of Austin. She’s from upstate New York. Def won’t go that direction again. And doesn’t really want to leave the state.

Keep the wife happy. Texas is really laid back compared to New York and the weather is good.
I've trucked all over upstate New York and it looks like Tennessee and the people are not at all like New York City people. It's nice there, but I can't deal with winter weather and high taxes.Last edited: Dec 10, 2019
