Curtain hanger clips

For the cab? The truck dealer. They probably won't have them in stock, but they should be able to order them. At the very least, get a part number from them.

 

If you are a company driver there might be a "hanger queen" truck in the yard for parts and stuff like that. Ask one of the mechanics.

 

How would you sew them into the fabric?

Simply get a new curtain, as it will have all the hangers.

Same here ^^^. I was in a Columbia for awhile without any. Found it all at a truck salvage yard.

If you're anywhere near Knoxville TN try John Story Salvage. He's got tons of trucks.

 

You got a deal there. the rails are over 100 each and the curtains are truly ridiculous at around 300 each at the dealer. I went the junk yard route also but didn't do anywhere near as good as you.
