Since the first truck I drove was a cabover, I have a weakness for nice ones. I've been searching for web sites, books, and literature on them, but I'm not having much luck.
If anyone has any idea on where I could find some information, it would be greatly appreciated. Have just been able to find a couple of web sites that deal with these types of trucks and they didn't have a whole lot of info.
Thanks in advance...

What kind of info? They share the maximum amount of components possible with their conventional counterparts, so there isn't much cab specific information to be had.

At this time, mainly looking for enthusiast web sites, magazines or books that feature good looking COE's....much like yours.barroll Thanks this.

Have you tried any austrailian sites?
Cabovers are still big down there, since they're pretty much a necessity for pulling B doubles, but they don't have most of the newer european models like man or scania dominating the market. KW of austrailia still has a good deal of support for the old K100, and just came out with the K200 recently.RedDirtDriver Thanks this. -
Thanks for the V E R Y good advice. Did not even think about the Aussies. I'll broaden my search a bit.

If your just looking for pictures, try this http://www.hankstruckpictures.com
Just be aware. You'll spend hours upon hours on there. There's usually daily updates, so keep checking it.
I too have a weakness for them, now. I learned to drive back in 86-87 and my dad's friend had a K100. I actually liked driving it. But as the conventionals started to make their way in, I started to not like the cab-overs. But as I made my way through my trucking career, I got stuck driving a handful of them.
Now that I'm older, I'm having a love affair with them old cab overs.RedDirtDriver Thanks this. -
I'm trying to locate a gently used K100 myself or a Pete from 94-03. I want a project truck to tinker with and setup the way I want it.

Don't know what they may have on there right now but there is a site called caboverkings.com that you might look through for older pics...
