Well, “he” is Rick at Rickys Heavy truck parts.....:) I could be wrong, but I’m thinking he is asking close to 20K for the A model. It’s a factory P/S & A/C truck with the factory KT in it, course the vision in the price I’m sure is the engine....

It’s getting easy to have to pay $20k for just the KT. So you might as well take the KW with it.

Yes sir, and that’s only a 450. There was 525’s and 600’s as well.

I’m gonna remove the original 13 speed shifter from my ‘93 W9, which has 4 lines and replace it with the 3 position old style chrome knob. Do two of the lines get “T’d” together? If my thinking is correct do you connect the “high range” line and the “low gear split” lines? If the new one only uses 3 lines, explain to me which line is not used and or how to make it work. Thanks

image.jpg This what we did. To use the old knobs on the new 13 speeds with the newer slave valves. Not sure what you’d need to do for and 18.

When I wrote that note on the yellow paper the new trans he had gotten out of that IH coe had different color coded lines. So on yours you may need to ignore the green color thing I wrote on mine.
