CVS Minute Clinic DOT exam

Correct, for a DOT exam I only need a small amount of urine and we are checking for a few specific disease that show up with change in pH, specific gravity, spilling ketones, glucose, or blood is what we wanna know. That is included in the price of the DOT exam.

 

Pain Management Doctors do not do DOT physicals. They pill pushers which is against FMCSA. You can use a MD, DO, Chiropractor, Physical Therapist, or NP. I am an NP. All must be NRCME certified through the FMCSA.

 

Can you explain to me how the whisper test is done?

Is it a certain number of feet away, hand over one ear, Etc?

 

5 feet away with a piece of paper so you cannot see the technician's lips moving.

 

Do they give you the medical card or do you have to get that your self

 

A simple letter to your local congressman and they will overnight a blank to your county clerk.They will stamp it and youre off to your physical.
