Condolences. Even tho you know what's coming, it's always hard to lose someone that's dear to you.

Reading here because I'm trying to see if I can get into either Prime or Schneider tankers.
For some reason, tankers sounds way better than sitting waiting for them to defeather the chickens or rustle the cows....
    Take care and drive safe...

LOL as you sit for hours waiting on getting the tank cleaned before you can load again. Sorry could not resist. I think every one has their wait times no matter, could be wrong though. Enjoy and be safe out there

I heard that you don't make much money in tanker. I was thinking about going tanker my self, but it is not bad running reefer, yeah you wait on some loads, but I think you move more in reefer than tanker and also if there is no reefer freight, they will send you to get a dry load. you do not have that option in tanker. some drivers are content with doing tanker even if they are not making a lot of money. some of them go back to reefer because they r not making enough. just my thoughts.:biggrin_25519:

A Tanker driver told me there are times where the customer requires the driver to wait outside the vehicle to monitor the pumps and hoses during operation. He said it helps to have a lawn chair, an umbrella, and warm clothes in cold weather.

The grass isnt always greener on the other side, it usually just a different shade of brown grass than the grass you are currently standing on.

Its been a while since I posted on my thread, so its about time for me to start posting my travels with prime on my thread. I will still post on Ip's whats ur 20 thread, but also will keep my thread updated as much as possible. I should have been posting on here, but I didn't think anyone would read it, plus I was too lazy to updated anyway. I will post here anyway if it is read or not, but if u do read and post, I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Ain't my 20-thread. The mods asked me to start a second one since the OP hasn't been around much recently.
