Lets not jump the gun here, no refund yet..
I did talk to Tony last night, and we didnt agree on a refund... in fact, all we did agree on was that he would pass my information along to you, and that you would call me, maybe Monday, its the weekend, so i dont expect any calls or emails, and we agreed that if i didnt hear from you in a few days id call Tony back...

Well, end of day one and so far nothing in my inbox and no mIssed calls from anyo associated with cyber-trucker.

Anyway, I know this is gonna go nowhere, but I'm gonna keep updating this forum on cyber-truckers thing to make people aware of this thing

Roy, even tho you have been banned I know your still probably reading this, I really do hope to hear from you, you came here for the world to see
Publicly, now would be no time to back out would it?
Close to 1,000 views, that's a lot of trucking related people reading up on your product....
Also, just a little piece of information about your company. Tony is NOT a tester of your product as you stated earlier that he was. He's a driver and an occasional installer for those who need the help. That's directly from his mouth.

I can't speak to the design or reliability of the newest generation of this product but I had the first generation with the basket to hold the computer and had no problems with it for years in my 1998 International with rotating seats. I did add one more brace to make the upright mast that supports the weight of the computer stronger but never found any nuts or bolts on the floor of my truck.

Allan, I'm glad that you hace had no issues with yours. In sure there's a number of people who have not.
This issue is over a year old.
Roy, designer an inventor/owner of this product claims to stand behind his word and his product.
Clearly, as you have seen for yourself he has yet again failed to do so.
He's the one who chose to make this very public, all of this could hace been avoided had he been more professional, and more Bissness orientated.
I posted pictures of his tri-pod with his hardwear and his design. He can't deny it to be his.
I made verbal contact with Tony, per the number provided by Roy himself. Gave tony my name, email, and phone number.
Roy came here to " take care of the issue ", publicly.
He wanted to show everyone and potential future customers that even after a year and a half that he stands behind his word.
Well as day two comes to an end still no phone call, no email. Nothing.
All he has done thus far is prove everything I hace said here right.
Tomorrow is another day, we will see how it ends.
I'll continue to post ever day, or as often as I can till I hear from him dispite what anyone's thoughts, views and opinions are on my thread.

Mastertech and Mark Kling Thank this.

Well... Another day has ended and you should all be shocked that I still have not heard from Roy, or anyone one from his company.
When I spoke with Tony over the weekend I told him I'd call him in a couple days, I'll call him on Friday if I had not heard from anyone by then.

First if i looked at this stand, and like you , if the screws fell out or the bolt's, i wouldnt throw a hissy fit, i would , my next trip home , would go down too the auto parts store and get some thread locker, great stuff, far as scuffing up my $900 laptop, again anthor easy fix, go too goodwill and buy a cheap hand towel and go too a craft store and buy some soft foam, put foam on first, the towel over the top, , no rubbing scuff marks, far as cooling fan's most are only 2 watts models, so they do a pretty good job, if not blocked the airways, we all know trucks are alive and shake and move all the time,so being a bit of do it your selfer i am, i think all these problems could'a been fixed easy:biggrin_25525:
