I think you're stressing way too much over this ####.

When they send a load. Enter your ETA. Then select the reason, what ever it is. If its impossible. Then select it.

I change ETA's at the drop of a hat. My job is to communicate as clearly as I can.

Their job is to read, then make whatever corrections are needed.

The majority of times. Your ETA is generated by the computer NOT the CS or load planner.

Let them handle it. And quit sweating it.

LMAO. You remind me of a team truck, husband and wife. I met them in Laredo with another company.

They had already run 7500 miles that week. She had clothes in laundry. He was jumping up and down cuz they had just gotten another "hot" load.

She told him go on. Cuz she wasn't stopping at another Walmart just for clean clothes LOL

its planned really aggressively too. the computer doesnt account for having to find a parking spot to shut down, fueling, inspection time, etc...

One thing she can do is call the operations manager for her terminal. it should be listed in the highways to success book or on crosssroads , Ithink?

The thing she's pissed about isn't the 600 mile impossible load. It's the fact that she wasn't reimbursed for the expenses. I can understand why she wouldn't want to work a load when she's owed money that apparently is not going to get paid. What she needs to do is confront the operations manager in the office in person to discuss the matter. Calling in and leaving messages or sending messages over the qualcom doesn't seem like it's going to work.
