    You think that if you are involved in an accident of any sort where someone dies that they won't hold this over your head regardless of the fault? It is what it is. DUI's mean something, it CAN sway a jury and juries full of morons give away BILLIONS every year.. companies have to limit their liability to those cases.

    Most states won't expunge a DUI.

    3 DUI's is a lifetime disqualification, but......................................

    I'd say an evaluation from a Substance Abuse Professional and you stand a chance.

    There's a good chance them DUI's aren't even in the system. Many states destroyed old records when they computerized unless they were outstanding. I would do a background check on myself.

    I had to have an evaluation to get my driving privileges Back. I went to the DMV and got my complete history and of course they are on there. These are non commercial offenses.
