Not trying to insult your intelligence or anything after all you listed that was new and checked out but sometimes the obvious most simplest thing can get you, have you checked your air filter.

 

about due for dpf cleaning, for one, the second is did you check how the air to air system is make sure there is no boost leaking specially at the clamps on the right side the pipe between cac and turbo, also check charge air cooler make sure nothing is leaking.

 

what do you mean saying "keep trans on "P" a lot more often"? It is bad habit to switch gear selector to P while you driving. You will damage transmition eventually.

 

I think he meant Performance mode. If your transmission has that option as opposed to standard or economy mode.

 

No check lights? I had this problem and it went to derate mode. I think it was the Def fluid sensor harness corrosion common problem.
