Oh I know I am. She told me drivers have actually backed into the doors. Ok, so if that's true then wouldn't it be more likely that any damage there is from a trailer running into it rather than from some rolltainers allegdley hitting it? Come on lady, gimmie a break here.

I have the pictures of the door. It looks like the door has been replaced due to the new looking hinges and weather stripping. The left door shows a few marks on it but the frame is pretty beat up! As to a video? I took pictures of the whole side of the building the front and even the Marquee sign and light post in the parking lot and there is NOT a camera to be found unless it's on the inside of the store covering the back door! Unless they spent a ton of money for micro cameras! Me I'd sue the crud out of Dollar General!

If the pictures do not post I'll get with a mod and have them get your emil and I'll send them to you directly!

WOAH! my wife and I were looking at these pictures and I realized that these doors swing out! Were they open or closed when you started to unload? How close were you to the doors? Did she say that the carts hit both doors? I'd really demand the "video" she has or the pictures the insurance company took! This looks like a "need the doors replaced and you got tagged" insurance scam!

I would get a lawyer on this and really work them over! Starting with the loss of the job, the mental angush and the "scam" part and drag the company in on it also for not investigating the "incident" well enough. It's easier to fire you, place bad information on DAC and hire the next "on the top of the pile driver" than it is to invesigate!

She's not gonna provide a tape, sue the ***** in small claims court- your word against hers, particularly if you've photo's, measurments and diagrams to substantiate your claim.

I got a free copy of my DAC from Hireright I have worked for 3 OTR companies over the last 17 years and my DAC show's no record. It just says We have No current information on file in each category.

Is this good or bad ?

Freaking GREAT!! Are those 3 companies out of business ?? No news can be good news, however you may need a paper trail for verification !

His W-2's will work if the companies are out of business. Just having the company name some companies can go through the insurance company and look at employment dates.

Your fine. Just as Rollover stated w-2's will suffice there are also other ways to verify past employment.

could commen on pictures I actually backed into a werner truck and yes I did it,but I hitthe tire and cut it. he was calm and we did what we had to do and I took my own as well as company pictures. then safety called me and said there was 4000 in damages. I said no 300 for one recap I saw the invoice and actually had a copy from tire guy"nice guy" she said their billing us this and I said disagree and call atty. next day I got qc message I was right they had wrong truck number at werner and mixed them up. could have been ugly but because I argued and had backup they actually looked at it. checked DAC and all is good 1 minor backing less tha 700 damage.
