Believe it can't be held against me forever i made timely mistakes. I didn't get DUI, positive for any drugs. In those cases all forgive in 5 years. I have thousands of dot ua's that are negative.
I've reviewed this year DAC, clearing house & it doesn't show anything. Thanks

If you lived in western NY you could work for Walton milk hauling. Many local smaller carriers don't use DAC or hire-rite. I know my boss doesn't concern himself with the contents of that nonsense system. The only thing that should matter is your MVR

DAC & federal law allows you to dispute any entry on your report, which you have done. In addition you are allowed to have your own statement about that entry provided to anyone requesting your report. DAC / HireRight have strict limits on the length of your statement to be provided to those requesting your report.

There is lots of info about credit reporting agencies. The laws that regulate Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion. My guess is you can find a lot more DIY advice by searching on "bad entry on credit report" than on "bad entry on my DAC report. I would not expect DAC will give you much detail on their internal process for "investigation".
