Ok I want to make sure I have a clear understanding. You had an accident at the shippers where you clipped the bat wing and they have it listed as a jack knife? In addition you also got fired for the shipper not having room for you to turn around and for having to wait 4 hours before you were let know that you couldn't get unloaded? Please clarify. We might be able to offer you some assistance.
