DAC Information Here

When the job market is tight they take the DAC very serious
When there is a lack of drivers they ignore it
So technically its worthless but still being used

 

Thats BS , you got your felony in 2001 and paid your debt to society (or so you thought) now your a marked man for life . my cousin has the same problem . You list it and they say "sorry cant help you with your record" . Then if you dont list it and they find out they say "well he lied about his record" . I feel sorry for guys like you .

 

I just want to know WHEN did slander become legal these companys do this because many drivers don't fight for there rights!!! When I get my big brake to drive semi and the company lies on my dac I will hire a lawyer enough said

 

it be well worth your time to spend 10 bucks or whatever your state charges you and get your own criminal history background before even wasting your time with trying to go to school. it's really a simple process and a hell of a lot better then busing yourself 2000 miles only to find out your fired and now have a bad dac and looking for your own way home. and if enough time has passed. your state will tell you wether your history can be expunged or not. DOESN'T THAT MAKE A HECK OF ALOT MORE SENSE. then just sitting there and wondering.


and yes DAC NEEDS TO BE OUTLAWED. it's keeping half this country from finding a job again. something the govt is trying so hard to make happen right about now. someone needs to bring this to obama's attention.

IT'S AGAINST THE LAW TO BOUDMOUTH A PREVIOUS EMPLOYEE SO THAT HE MAY NOT FIND WORK. AND IS FORCED TO LIVE IN A HOMELESS SHELTER BECUASE HIS UNEMPLOYMENT RAN OUT.
