UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!! I talked to my old dispatcher, and safety, and they determined that it ws a mistake to put the abandonment on my dac, and they will take it off. I was impressed by their honesty, and am waiting now for it to come off. I will update you guys when it actually comes off. I think it was really a clerical/miscommunication thing, and look forawrd to furthering my career as a professional truck driver. I am right now as I said a transporter, delivering trucks to buyers, and am looking forward to getting back in the big rig seat and delivering freight. I hope the economy turns around, and I believe it will, but it may take time. Because if it doesn't, good lord, alot of good people will hurt, and I don't want to see that. Please pray for me, that Star does the right thing and takes it off as they said. I love you guys, and will update you on the situation. Thanks!!!!

SRT tried this BS with me when I left them. Didn't work though. -
I went thru a thing a couple years ago, where I got a ticket in Arizona. Someone working as a contractor for USIS reported that I got 4 tickets (not one ticket, but 4) for "Operating a Commercial Vehicle with-in 4 hours of consuming alcohol", completely unrelated to the ticket I actually recieved.
All of a sudden I found it impossible to get a decent job.
I didn't discover the error until over 1 1/2 years AFTER the fact. And even though I was able to correct the error myself, I was UNABLE to find a lawyer to sue USIS. -
If the dispatcher sent the message via qualcom, isn't it recorded somewhere?
