Yep that's the way the game is played. That's even mentioned in the regulations.

-
For my understanding they do. Long as u love and work in Arkansas and drive for a company out of here. They know every time u took a drug test
-
Interesting,
never heard of this .
-
Oh, OK.
Another pay for service, like DAC/Hireright.
-
I just talked to hireright and the barely English speaking girl told me that thing's stay on you're report indefinatly.. Is this true/
-
I got copy mine from Hireright a few weeks ago and spoke with them several times and told same thing by all i spoke with that all falls off after 7 years, weather good or bad. Now your copy will show things past that point to everything ever. But if a company bought and requested your info it will only show 7 years. Now if anyone hears different get names extensions and I'll be calling a lawyer cause I found several 100% false things but been over 7 so I never done anything. If I would have known 2 or more years what it said I'd be having a field day in courts.
-
Just hung up with DAC.(Hireright) Again only accidents, tickets etc...... Falls off after 7 years........ 7 to 10 years it will still show who you were employed to ,when and what kinda vehicle driven. But not all companies report to DAC. Like mine only shows one in last 10. Which there was more.
