If you are hired as a brand new trainee truck driver by a company and get three weeks into training with no incidents, like violations, accidents, etc, but for some application technical process overlooked by the company that did not meet their original hiring criteria, they have to terminate you, will anything possibly show up on your report from this? A buddy who went to the same school as me was released after being three weeks into training because HR overlooked a prior accident he had. He is worried this could show up on his DAC report, even though he did nothing wrong?
He disclosed it, but was unaware of the language in the report. He never saw it. It's wasn't a big accident. He was unaware the accident was technically his fault. There was no citation issued to either driver, there was on a few scratches to his car. So naturally he just let it go. Company pulls report a month later and the language in the report indicated it was his fault, bam, they fire him.
If that company reports to hireright/DAC yes the termination will be reported, can't be helped. The reason really doesn't matter. It's the termination that causes the report. Most of the time when a new company pulls a DAC they only get the summary. It will show dates worked, the reason for leaving and rehire status. Expect to be asked for why you were fired. What is done later is whatever the company decides to do.
V3 Transportation hires teams, if the two team members already know each other. One must have a cdl-a and the other can have a cdl-a permit. @darinmac38 - V3 Transportation - Expedite Freight Logistics Here's the website and you both can do the "Quick App" on there.
