We have assisted thousands of drivers clean up their DAC reports. We are very up front about how our services. The way that the process works is we would first pull the most recent copy of your DAC report, which takes about 10-12 days to come in.

Once we received the report we will then schedule a telephone appointment with one of our Driver Advocates who will go over that report, take your statement and begin the dispute process.

Now the dispute process, because of federal guidelines does take about 6 weeks to complete so from start to finish it is about a 2 month process total.

Once we are through the process, we will then pull a new copy of your DAC report, provide you with a copy and in addition, schedule you another telephone appointment with the Driver Advocate to go over the results.

On average we win 70% of everything that we dispute so we do have a very high success rate. This is our DACfix service.

Give us a call about your individual situation as each one is a little different from the next.

While it is true that a driver can dispute the information themselves, we strongly recommend against doing so. When a driver disputes the information, they win less than 10% of the time. Under FRCA guidelines, it states that information on the DAC can only be disputed ONE time ONLY. This is best handled by a team of professionals.

The system that Hire Right (aka DAC) uses is very old. We see many times where either the names are similar or a birth date but the information does not belong to the driver. We can help you clear this matter up since it does not belong to you.

Companies are not obligated to provide drivers with a copy of the report. You can obtain a free copy once every twelve months from Hire Right.

95% of all carriers report to DAC. Asking a company up front if they pull a DAC report is an immediate red flag that you have something on your DAC or there is a reason not to hire you. I advise against doing this if the recruiter has any of your information. If there is negative or inaccurate information on your DAC report, we can help you.

We have assisted thousands of drivers clean up their DAC reports. Our price did increase on December 1, 2009, the price is now 189.00 and the question you have to ask yourself is, "Is my career worth $189.00"?

Information reported to DAC remains there for 7 years under FRCA guidelines, so yes, it is worth the investment.

NO, not yourself. If you request it you have to send a copy of your dl, etc in to OK city office to receive a copy. I always just get my company to pull a dac once a year just to make sure all is OK. Trucking companies can get one online.
