It's the same but if you have like a citation they can see it but you cant....

Do your homework when it comes to DAC. Before you sign on, Ask if they use DAC? Ask if they have ever Blackballed a Driver on a DAC? Just Watch the Eyes and Body Language. "The Eyes are are the Window to the Soul." I Blackball any Company that plans on using DAC on me.

Well DAC is a moot point. The USDOT now has a record system on every driver that every company can see. If you drive a CMV then you will and do have this record.

Is there anyway I can get my previous company to release information concerening entries on my DAC...
Reason...I have 3 non DOT reportables on my DAC...one classified as a misc...
Although they are listed as minor/no injury...companies I am applying to are requesting details concerning these entries....and of course previous company will not release this information....
Since no tickets were issued I have no documentation concerning this issue...
Two of them occurred in May 2007...
One in Jan. 2009...
Sure would hate to turn this into some kind of legal issue....
Any info is appreciated......Thanks
(ps) this may or may not have been covered but with 22 pages and being short on time hope you understand -
I made $14.35 an hour driving a cab & air tractor pulling a 15' batwing (fold out bush hogg) and made pretty good money at it. I would still be with it for the fact that thing's got shut down do to rain or bad weather. You only work during the summer hour range from 10-12 a day but when the heat kicked in, the grass would start dying out so that called for early layoff's. All in all, that pay and being home every night ain't to bad of a gig at all. I'd jump on it. I averaged about 45 hour's a week but when the time of year for the air show to come to town came up, it was boo koo O/T for that week prior.Iowafrostbite Thanks this.

Good luck on the job search if you don't already have something lined up!
Let us know if Too Many Chiefs tags your DAC and what they say if you don't mind...It would be interesting. -
