    It’s about 50 miles shorter and a more relaxed drive. Never a problem finding parking at any time day or night.

    Your company is probably already setup with an Oregon account but may want to confirm if you do go through.

    Mostly retired and part time now...so it’s been awhile...,but trying to understand your routing goin up to Buffalo and across?
    Seems to me...shortest way is thru Albuquerque up to Salty??

    Mostly the weather is going to dictate what route you take. Doesn’t matter what time of year. You don’t want to be running across 80 in WY with 15k in the box if it’s closed to high profile light vehicles..you’ll be in a world of hurt.

    That's the way I would go. 287 to I 40 west to 491 north at Gallup to 191 at Monticello to I 70 west back to 191 at Green River to US 6 to I 15 north at Provo. 15 to 84 west to 82 west to 90 west. Miss Wyoming and all the crap there.
