Yeah you'd have to replace the hanger brackets between the diffs as well as install the waffer bars from the 400 if you wanted to update. Thinking it might require frame drilling because it looks like the bolt pattern is different between the 100 and the 200/400 style hangers. Although I have not actually measured it to confirm.

Wouldnt be the first frame i drilled. And i bet not the first one you drilled.
I bet you could find a rear frame cut off from a salvage yard for under a grand. Another grand or so would cover all new bushings. Where there is a will, there is a way. -
I chased a vibration once ended up being drive axle bearings might try there
DSK333 Thanks this. -
Isn't the 400 still an 8 bag setup though? If I were to go through the trouble of getting a cutoff I would just get a four bag setup.
-
Thanks. I changed those out when I did all the brakes, drums and seals.
-
Does it change when you are empty or is it all the time?
-
It's always there. Doesn't matter if I'm empty or loaded nor bobtail and with my trailer.
-
How about the motor mounts ?
DSK333 Thanks this. -
Then the problem is not the dinged wheel.
-
Check everything, but I would check the driveline, such as drive shaft first
DSK333 Thanks this.
