    Huh? I just turned them after I jacked it up and put a screwdriver on a box near the edge of the wheel and rotated each one. I checked the outside edges, inside edges and the tire treads.

    I've rotated them all over the place so the tweaked ones are on opposite ends of separate axles. Made a big difference but I can still feel it. I'll be grabbing some new wheels soon to finally put an end to this nonsense.

    Ok. If i understand what you are trying to say: when you jack it up and rotate the tires by hand they wobble. Are you sure they are mounted correctly? Before running out and spending more money lets make sure the rim is actually bent and its not the case of the last tire tech not giving a hoot and just hammering them on with his air gun instead of properly mounting them.

    Thanks. Good point. They've all been moved around so they've been remounted. I haven't rechecked them but I want to replace the four steel wheels anyway to save weight.

    Didn't realize that's all it was. I still need to replace one aluminum wheel though. How obvious will a new one stand out compared to the older aluminum wheels?

    You can clean the old ones up to look brand new. Just takes some elbow grease.

    Idk bout all that- if all you throw at it is elbow grease it ain't gonna look new unless it was close in the first place.

    I'll put up some pics of before n after machine polishing. That does a very nice job on anything other than deep scratches.
    Machine polish runs $75-105 per wheel.
