Get a large sleeper with a shower, then after tarping you can take a shower before rolling down the road.
That's what I do. Though I still don't like to tarp.

I think it also helps to fold up your tarps on the trailer when possible.

Or get one of those outdoors showers and install it on the catwalk. Pull the curtain around you and shower away !!

Hmmmm....I can install one of those on my upper deck.
