I pull them and see guys all the time that should not be pulling them legal let alone oversized. Call em like I see them. There are a few window lickers that fall through the cracks and get an open deck trailer.

 

And no real damage or tire marks to that painted curb?

That pump got pushed in. That leads to two questions. I could say some trucker fueled, pulled up and somehow rolled the trailer overhang into it trying to go away after paying or.. someone had to make a turn and nosed the #### thing somehow probably incurred front end damage doing so.

 

After finding out Pilot only had breakfast sandwiches for sale and had no corndogs

 

Or the engineers conserved money and failed to pour two more concrete barriers (See other side of pump...) and installed longer hoses to suit.

 

I blame it on El nino
