Dangerous training from instructor

    Good point, it's not the military so I agree they have no right to send you into a dangerous situation.

    It would be a good point if it happened during the CDL training but it didn't services were given at that point already. People really need to read the contract it's all in there

    And another important point, while speculation, I believe is a very close guess from what I heard and experienced from other companies. The point is he simply got off the truck without giving Prime the option to fix the situation. If he got 2-3 trainers that were horrible, it sounds like he just got off the truck and quit.
    If he got off the truck, called Prime and told them that he wasn't getting back on and to send new trainer or grayhound tick to x hotel and then Prime fired him I'd agree he didn't owe the money. With only one trainer, and again that's speculation, but by other posts I think is a good one, it makes it look like he's just trying to find an excuse to get out of paying back the schooling.
