pulled this from a google review (lol)

While we feel your choice to post your frustrations anonymously and the fact that you use Google Reviews to post negative reviews speaks volumes, I will respond to some of the concerns you raise. Our base rates are set by market standards and are exactly that, BASE. Added to that is tenure (the 9-18% rates you comment on but obviously do not understand how it works), overtime, various bonuses, etc. We make it exceptionally clear that we dispatch for a 12-hour day throughout the interview, orientation, and training process, which is well below the FMCSA-mandated maximum of 16 hrs. We are proud of our benefits and feel they are some of the best and most affordable in the Florida dump marketplace, with 3 different options to try to meet all budgets. Finally, drivers are paid the same base rate plus tenure, overtime, etc. for Saturday work plus receive an additional bonus for Saturday’s on top of that; Saturday pay is BETTER than Monday through Friday work! Yes, all drivers are expected to be available for one Saturday per month depending on availability of work. Drivers may also volunteer for any other Saturday depending on work. This is also well covered in the hiring, orientation, and training process. Sorry that your, what I am sure was very short time with us, was not your preference.

If they can afford to pay 9-18% above their base rate, then their base rate really sucks.
