Hi! Not sure if you guys remember me, or read the thread I posted about prime but I have made the decision to move on thanks to you and the white whale that I was in search of seems to be Danny Herman. I was never meant to be with a mega carrier, I am afraid, as I am a country girl from a small town just outside of suffolk, VA and need that small town country (and family) feel that goes with small companies. There are so many great posts on this forum and I just want to thank everyone for the info you put out there.
I read thru most of them but have a question....not a deal breaker or anything, I just have way too much stuff and need to prepare for the journey...Does anyone know if Danny Herman buses u to orientation or fly you or what?!
Thanks!! (Also any other info is appreciated!)

I also started at Prime and went to Danny Herman after. I've since moved on from DHT to take another big step but I can tell you they're a fantastic company and you're making a good move.
Typically they'll rent you a car and have you drive yourself in. If you prefer an option besides that, let them know. I'm guessing they'd be open to making things as easy as possible for you.Coffey and Canwil3565 Thank this. -
Wow what a change from prime, or any mega carrier. I have been beat down so badly in the process of trying to keep things moving with prime. I'm so hurt by how south it went. I hope ur right. I learned a valuable lesson and will carry it with me forever. I need and deserve a good move. Thank u for responding. Did u too do the lease at prime?

My DAC came back clean when DHT ran it. Satisfactory performance with Prime, eligible for rehire after review, reason for termination was 'quit/resigned'. Nothing bad there, but when I quit, I was on extended home time and just sent my dispatcher a message saying that I was resigning. Not sure if your situation would make things different, but Prime seems on the up and up and wouldn't go out of their way to screw over a driver.Canwil3565 Thanks this. -
